Prices above are for complete Iron Man 702 water pumping windmills and towers. This is the finest windmill available in the world today. The windmill includes all parts and fasteners located at the top of the windmill tower. The tower includes all tower parts, anchor legs, ladder, heavy non slip steel platform with safety edge, pump pole, and fasteners. All exposed steel parts are hot dip galvanized for maximum protection against rust and corrosion. All fasteners are high strength forged alloy steel and hot galvanized. All complete windmill sets include a free set of quality tools containing all tools needed to assemble and maintain the windmill.

All major components are shipped in sturdy wood crates suitable for international export and transportation under rough conditions. Towers are shipped disassembled with long parts shipped in a well strapped bundle on blocks.

Iron Man Windmill Co. high capacity pump with a cylinder diameter of 0.8M (32in) and a working stroke of 0.5M (20in) designed and built for the Nanjing University of Environmental Science. This large pump is capable of lifting up to 230 tons (M) of water per hour 2M in elevation. Wate is lifted from a river and and used to restore environmentally sensitive marsh lands in Jiangsu, China. This pump is operated by the 6M (20ft) diameter Iron Man Windmill and is a sample of wind powered pumping solutions made possible using Iron Man windmills, technology and custom designed pumps. Yes, all of the lovely ladies shown above really did fit inside this pump for this photo!

Iron Man Windmill Provides water for Tibetan Farm Village

The first Iron Man Windmill in Tibet has gone into service providing clean water for a farming village in Shannan Prefecture. When it was turned on, villagers immediately began filling their water buckets saving them from the task of carrying water several kilometers from the nearest water source in this dry desert region. Funding was provided by Tibet Plateau Perspectives, China Windmill Foundation and Iron Man Windmill Co. The villagers installed the windmill and pump under the direction of the Iron Man Windmill Co's installation team leader. Part of this effort is to train villagers to be able to install and maintain windmills in this and other Tibetan villages. Villagers were so excited when they saw the water pouring out from the windmill in light winds, that they presented the representatives from Iron Man Windmill Co. with pure-white Khata, a ceremonial scarf given in Tibet symbolizing goodwill, auspiciousness, compassion and the pure heart of the giver.

When the project is completed, the windmill will fill an 80 ton water tank with clean water that will be distributed to 160 homes in several villages with a total population of about 800. The well is 40M deep, but has filled with sand to 24M. The total pumping elevation is 30M. This has been an extremely difficult project. Many wells in the Tibetan farming region contain fine quartz sand which quickly ruins pumps. Special Iron Man Windmill pump technology has been developed to solve this problem while at the same time reduces the inflow of destructive sands into these wells. Electric pumps fail after a short time operating in these harsh conditions and become lodged as the well fills with sand. Iron Man Windmill Co. is committed to solving difficult technical and logistical problems to insure project success and viability of long term solutions. 5000 victims of the Sichuan Earthquake in emergency housing.

Our first of many projects in Sichuan is complete and providing all the water needed for 3000 people living in a large emergency housing camp in the heart of the earthquake zone.
