HOW MUCH WATER DO I NEED?

For domestic use, the amount varies significantly from country to country. In the developed countries, this amount can be as much as 200 gallons per day per person. In many less developed and developing countries, this amount can be as low as ˝ gallon or more per day per person. You must do some research to determine the actual daily need required for your purposes.

After collecting and studying the information on the IRON MAN WINDMILL™ website, you should be able to get a good idea of how much water a specific size of windmill and pump can provide. Additionally, you should now know about how much water you should plan for on an average daily basis. Note that it is typical for needs to increase over time and it is best to plan for this at the start. Additionally, there are some locations where there can be a period of time with no wind at all.  As a common rule, it is good practice to plan for a windmill that has at least twice the capacity you calculate you will currently need.
