It doesn't look like it here, but you are looking at the former site of a road to a mountain village. The slides occurred during the quake and obliterated the roadway. Only the wreckage of a truck - the orange painted steel pieces in the distance remain. The rest of the road along with those who were unfortunate to be using it on that fateful day remain under countless tons of rock slides.
